Vehicle restraints : Stop Trucks® - Automatic wheel blocking
Automatic truck docking system Stop Trucks®
Ref. BRSTx
Stop Trucks is a patented system wedging system for trucks. It is renowned for its reliability and robustness, and is already ensuring the safety of loading and unloading operations at numerous sites in Europe in the industrial, agri-food and logistics sectors.
Stop Trucks make loading docks safer by ensuring that the truck is perfectly immobilised on the dock. Once the truck has been secured, truck blocked, We avoid any untimely departures during transhipment operations, thereby greatly reducing the risk of accidents and the risk of people or handling equipment falling from docks. The Stop Trucks flat locking arm acts on the truck's wheel axle, preventing the vehicle from moving forward, intentionally or otherwise.
Detection is automatic: the arm rises just in front of the wheel and comes to rest on the tyre with a slight backward movement. The locking height varies automatically according to wheel diameter to ensure optimum locking and wedging of the truck while preserving the mudguard.

Stop Trucks® / Rehausses hydrauliques RHH-67 combination with widening for Stop Trucks
Ref. REHY67
The Stop Trucks® and hydraulic truck leveler combination allows to assure 3 important functions: function of wheel-guide / Correction of the flatness function / Safety function : Perfect immobilization of the vehicle during the operations of transshipment
The hydraulic truck leveler allows the rear of the truck to be raised or lowered, so that the height and inclination of the load floor can be adjusted as required..
Installation requires no civil engineering. They are delivered ready to install, with an electrical box incorporating the Up/down controls.
Thanks to the hydraulic truck leveler, there is no risk of the truck hitting the cladding if the slope towards the dock is too steep. By reversing the slope, the extensions also prevent rainwater from running off the roof of the truck inside the warehouse.
