Fast and very precise adjustment of the lip. Lip extension 500, 800 or 1000 mm
Telescopic lip levelers are recommended
because in some cases swing lip levelers can be insufficient :
> Very low trucks (low bed trailers) pallets filled right up to the doors. These trucks can not be unloaded because it can not stand the swing lip on the floor.
In this case it is necessary to move the vehicle to be able to position the lip leveler. In the case of drop trailers, transshipment is not possible.
> Containers on trays offset from the rear of the vehicle. The swing lip is not long enough to reach the container floor.
> In case of accidental departure of the truck during transhipment, the safety valve blocks locks the platform and the swing lip "floating" return in its rest position. |

THE SOLUTION :
The Telescopic lip dock leveler
removes all these disadvantages :
- Fast and very accurate adjustment of the lip on the floor of the trailer
- Its extension (500, 800 or 1000 mm) allows to reach the floor very far
- Options :
- Anti-crush bump blocks with bumpers for creation of an 500 mm anti-crushing refuge area in front of the the leveler (See left photo).
- Phonic anti-slip painting, reduces the rolling noise |
