Goods transhipment areas with pedestrians, handling equipment and trucks are high-risk areas for accidents.

The Expresso truck blocker makes transhipment operations safer by blocking the truck at the dock. Once the truck is blocked, it is virtually impossible for it to leave unintentionally during loading and/or unloading. The truck cannot move forwards or backwards, which considerably reduces the risk of people or handling equipment falling off the platform.

Blocking the truck manually is quick and easy: the driver uses the telescopic lever to slide the mobile carriage up to wheel level, then lowers it to deploy the blocking arm. When the locking arm is raised in front of the wheel, it engages automatically (by detecting the opening of the door or the deployment of the dock leveller lip).
