The Manual blocker patented system Expresso enables to secure transhipment operations at the loading dock
The driver uses the operating lever to slide the locking arm to the level of the wheel then lower the lever to deploy it. When the locking arm is raised in front of the wheel, it is electromagnetically locked and the servo controlled door and leveler enables secure operations. The system is coupled with an audible (buzzer) and visual signaling that in case of problems will prevent users. Once locked, inadvertent departure of the truck is impossible, eliminating the risks of fall of dock. After loading / unloading finished, the PIT operator authorize the release of the manual blocking system allowing the driver to release the truck by lowering the locking arm.
