Secure your transhipment operations in swap bodies

The Stop Bodies® stand supports and locks the swap body, preventing it from moving forward or backward from the dock. The swap body, locked in this way, cannot move or be removed by a lorry while loading operations are in progress. Transhipment is totally secure.

Control of the electric door and/or the dock leveler with the chocking of the swap body by the Stop Bodies®

Swap body detection at dock: if the door is opened without a swap body, an audible alarm sounds.

Anti-removal safety: When the Stop Bodies® is locked and a truck attempts to load the swap body while transhipment operations are in progress, an audible and visual alarm sounds at the control panel as the truck enters under the swap body.

Locking and holding the swap body: When the Stop Bodies® is locked, it hold the swap body at dock, preventing any forward movement during transhipment. This ensures that the lip of the leveler is held in place, preventing it from falling off the dock and also preventing the swap body from collapsing or pitching up.

Stop Bodies® can block swap bodies up to a maximum floor height of 1320 mm.
