Stop Trucks® lateral - Automatic truck blocking system

Optimum blocking: locking height proportional to wheel diameter

Automatic wheel detection: the arm rises without making contact with the tyre (in proportion to the size of the wheel) and then comes to rest against the tyre. The truck's chock is then in place, the trailer is blocked and can no longer leave the dock during loading/unloading operations.

Control of the electric door and/or the dock leveler when the truck is docked: The equipment is only authorised to operate when the locking arm is blocking the truck wheel.

Emergency stops: 1 foot-operated emergency stop switch on the mobile carriage, 1 emergency stop switch on the control box, 1 emergency stop switch near the side Stop Trucks® lateral, 1 red emergency stop plate on top of the Stop Trucks® lateral

Detection of the swap body at the dock: if the door is opened without a swap body, an audible alarm sounds.

Locking and holding the swap body: When the Stop Bodies® stand is in place, it holds the swap body in place, preventing it from moving, spinning or collapsing during transhipment.
