These retractable anti-fall obstacles are designed to equip the swing lip dock levelers type STA

This kit includes retractable obstacles for dock leveler factory installed on new levelers. These obstacles (min. 2) prevent the falling of forklifts and by prohibiting the storage of pallets, protect the doors of the dock.

The advantages of this retractable obstacles kit :


• Apart from its protective effect (falls and doors deterioration), this kit can be installed, after study, on old levelers. The obstacles are installed after cutting a passageway between the spars of the platform. Its functioning is hydroelectric. It is working with two cylinders, which do not alter the structure of the leveler.
• The retraction of the obstacles can be independent of the operation of the dock leveler, in order to allow:
  - The handling of the first pallet put in the truck
  - The removal or receiving small packages coming or going outside.
  
  

Functioning :

In manual mode :
Two buttons on the control box to deploy or retract the obstacles.

In automatic mode:
The function : "On", activates the subtractive process, and releasing the running surface for the PIT operator. "Stop", automatically moves the obstacles in position.
