Safety trailer jacks stands
Trailer safety stand
Ref. JACK TS
Stop accidents during loading and unloading operations!
Quick and easy installation of the safety stand under the lorry trailer thanks to its large wheels, handles and speed-reduced crank handle
The JACK-TS safety support leg is a sturdy, stable support leg for safe loading and unloading of trailers. This safety support takes the strain off the truck's trailer stands and prevents the trailer from tipping over during forklift loading and unloading operations. The JACK-TS safety support leg has a load-lifting function.
The double-speed crank system (unladen speed is reduced for even faster manoeuvring) means it can be adapted to all types of trailer.

Safety stands are designed to make transhipment operations in trailers uncoupled from their tractor units safer.
The safety stand is placed under the uncoupled trailer to prevent it from tipping over in the event, for example, of one of its parking stands breaking. A screw jack system with square thread and reversible pawl enables the height of the stand to be adjusted using the lever without remaining under the trailer.
The Ø140 mm cylindrical top support plate is hinged to compensate for any sloping (Ø250 mm available as an option).
2) Make sure that the trailer wheels are chocked using a manual chock or an automatic chocking system and check that the trailer is stable on its parking supports.
3) Place the safety stand on the front of the trailer and use the jack to adjust its height until it makes contact. Do not lift the trailer using the stand.

This safety stand is designed to make transhipment operations safer by stabilising the rear of trailers fitted with air suspension.
A screw jack system with square thread and reversible pawl enables the height of the landing gear to be adjusted using the lever without remaining under the trailer. The Ø140 mm cylindrical top support plate is articulated to compensate for any inclination of the ground (Ø250 available as an option).
3) Place the safety stand under the rear of the trailer and adjust its height using the lever and jack until it touches the side rail. Do not lift the trailer using the safety stand.

Trailer safety stand
Ref. BETJ70
Stop uncoupled trailers falling over during loading operations! The safety stand takes the strain off the truck's trailer stands and prevents the trailer from tipping over during forklift loading and unloading operations.
The BETJ70 safety stand is designed to secure the front of semi-trailers during loading and unloading, when they are uncoupled.
A lifting jack allows you to adjust the height of the stand thanks to its reversible ratchet (right/left).
It has two particularly Ø200 mm strong rubber wheels with roller bearings and a small Ø100 mm steel front wheel for easy positioning under the trailer.
Yellow epoxy paint finish.

3) Place the safety stand on the front of the trailer and use the jack to adjust its height until it makes contact. Do not lift the trailer using the stand.
