The dock shelter ensures tight connection between the trailer of the truck and the warehouse wall. It allows to minimize heat loss and protects personnel and goods from the weather.

The dock front for receiving dock shelters must be perfectly flat and aligned. In addition, the weatherboarding must stop at 30 mm around the dock shelter. The installation of a frame is advised.

The dock shelter DSC-R is composed of a metal frame formed by a front frame and rear galvanized steel. The frames are interconnected by means of articulated arms. This dock shelter is closed with an integral peripheral covering, the upper part is provided with a side outlet for rainwater. Side curtains are provided with a yellow guide strip to help drivers to dock.

  • Temperature resistance DIN53361 of -30° to +90° C
  • Weight per m² : The curtains of 3000 g/m² consist of polyester bicomponent fibers, flexible layers in the longitudinal direction and rigid in the widthwise direction. The curtains are provided on one side with an antistatic PVC hard and very resistant topcoat. These materials make curtains highly resistant to ultraviolet rays. The material is also highly resistant to tearing, tensile strength and thermal variations.
